Family Getaway

Recordings as early as the 1400s talk about the stories Latvians have traditionally told about the giant stones scattered about their countryside. Each Devil Stone has a special story about the Devil’s interaction with that place and many of the stones were also ritual sites for pagan traditions. Here is one of the Devil Stones we hiked to during our family camping trip.
